plz plz help me to solve this problem

i used the Windows Unattended CD Creator 1.02 10 version and windows sp2 cd for creating the installation cd ...but when installing it is showing the following error

Fatal error
one of the components that windows needs to continue setup couldnot be installed .the operation was cancelled by the user

Sys.dll:syntax error in manifest or policy file "i\i386\asms\6000\MSFTWCRTL\WCRTL.MAN" on line 21.

installation failed : i\i386\asms error
message the device is not ready.
plz plz help me ....i tried a lot of times and i lost a dozen of cds.
