How to slipstream Nvidia video card driver.
Hi,

I have tried to slipstream Nvidia drivers WHQL but they dont get installed.
Any suggestion, anybody.

I tried Nlite and Windoes Unattended CD Creator.
No luck, defaults back to Windows installed driver.

Regards

How have you tried to integrate this driver?

Try to expand the .exe file with winrar or 7-zip and integrate directory under "Driver".

Hi Vitali,

I first give it a name "Video."
Then I Point with the CD Creator at the *.inf file.(Unzipped Nvidia folder)

(I also fixed the File extension of all files. For example Advanced.tv_ to Advanced.tvp, this also does not help).
It is not a train smash. Do I overlook something.

What mean you with "fixed" ? Rename ? That is wrong!

Exactly for it write I this tool:
http://forum.vitaligraf.de/upload/expand_it_all.exe

1. Expand 84.25_forceware_winxp64.exe again.
2. Start expand_it_all.exe and select expanded directory
3. Click install
4. Integrate directory with Creator

PS: You can rename expand_it_all.exe to forcewareExpander.exe Wink

Hi Vitali,

All drivers are sorted out, except for Video.
I dont know if the drivers are WHQL.(84.25 are not WHQL)
This is the one I used. Could be the problem.

I do have a WHQL driver.
When the oprating system is installed will I also get the Nvidia Control Panel or not. Just a question.

May be for x64. For win xp 32 they are no problem. Try it Smile
