Unattended cd installation problem

Wink  Unattended cd installation problem
plz plz help me to solve this problem

i used the Windows Unattended CD Creator 1.02 10 version and windows sp2 cd
for creating the installation cd ...but when installing it is showing the following error
"

Fatal error
one of the components that windows needs to continue setup couldnot be installed .the operation was cancelled by the user

Sys.dll:syntax error in manifest or policy file "i\i386\asms\6000\MSFTWCRTL\WCRTL.MAN" on line 21.

Error:
installation failed : i\i386\asms error
message the device is not ready.

plz plz help me ....i tried a lot of times and i lost a dozen of cds.
